The conversion to Roundcube is problematic. It appears to have created duplicates of all of my email subfolders, and my contact groups are gone.

I agree!!!!!! I DO NOT like Roundcube. Open-Xchange is so much better and had a cleaner look. I would also like to opt out of Roundcube. We should absolutely have a choice.

Unfortunately Contact groups can't be moved. Your contacts should have been, but the groups must be recreated. I have never seen the folders affected as they are actually affected by the conversion. Which email is the issue?
Unfortunately, there is not an option to opt out. The Open Xchange servers are expiring in the near future and are being replaced by Roundcube. You can use a program like Outlook or Thunderbird.

Not all of our contacts transferred to Roundcube. I wish we would have been given a heads up that this change was coming as now I have to go back to old paper files to see which contacts are missing and recreate all of my groups. This is a huge issue!

How do I get back to the old format? I thought we were supposed to be able to access it for a while.

You can log in to Open Xchange there. I do not know for how much longer. I suggest you export the contacts in a vCard format and then import them to Roundcube. Unfortunately mailing lists must be recreated as a group in Roundcube.

And do not add new contacts to Open Xchange unless you add it to Roundcube as well. There will not be another conversion run. You can use the OX log in to get information out, but it is advised that you do all new work via Roundcube.
