Hello,

You can save emails to your computer by selecting the email, click more and select download. This will save it as a file on your computer.

Within Outlook,:
1.  Use a YAHOO account, create hierarchical file folders and organize nicely.  Drag the email to that location and allow it to work.  In other words, don't attempt to open Homestead and delete before the files have moved.
2.  Double click on the email and save to a folder on your computer, similar to #1 above.  I use a combination of both.

I am looking to back up all my emails in my folders. These processes are great but will take a long time. Is there any other way to export them as a document?

I do apologize, not through RoundCube. There are 3rd party email clients like Outlook and Mac Mail that do have this feature, depending on your version.
