I accidently requested to deactivate my staff email accounts. I want to communicate with homestead via live chat to cancel this request. I am in Abu Dhabi UAE. Is live chat support is available with homestead?

I just signed up for a new domain which is $5 set up and $2 a month.  My subtotal was correct but then it keeps saying my total is $10 set up and $4 a month like I had 2 domains being registered.  I wasn't sure what to do, so I went ahead because again, the subtotal is right and there is only one domain being registered. I figured I'd settle it after the fact if I need to correct it.

I find it very frustrating not to be able to find a phone number to call in to someone at homestead.

I apologize, I do see the set up fee is attempting to bill twice. I will correct this and get it credited off so it only bills the one set up fee. 
Homestead does offer phone support, if you would like to speak with an agent for immediate assistance, you can call in at 1800-710-1998 Monday-Friday 6am-5pm.
