I sure wish Homestead would get with the modern world and start migrating all of our old platform websites to Word Press. The current mobile website Homestead is offering is free to start, but then cost money after. It really isn't that great. Can someone or Homestead please tell me what plans are being made to make Homestead more mobile friendly or a move to Wordpress?

Thanks
Jesse

Hello,

We do not have any plans with Homestead to integrate or migrate our customers to WordPress. While WordPress is a powerful website builder, the learning curve is definitely higher than our SiteBuilder platform. We strive to to provide a quick and easy drag and drop website builder that will let you create a website without needing to know any HTML or CSS. We do offer a mobile solution for our sites through DudaMobile. They offer a free solution, and at no point are you forced to pay for DudaMobile if you choose not to.
Well then you are going to keep losing customers and eventually I will be one of them as Mobile Phones are becoming more and more popular and people are going to use those to make purchases. Homestead is falling away and is way far behind the times. I agree your platform is easy to use, but you can't turn your back on your customers or current events, as the times have changed and Homestead needs to realize that. You bury your head in the sand and pretend it is 1997, because it is 2015 and times and progress has changed. Homestead needs to get with it.
