iphone not sending emails. Please help

I upgraded my iphone and now the new one will not send email.  I am using a POP account.  I am using as the outgoing server - smtp.homestead.com and then using port 587.  I put in my user name and password for the email account.  This does not work.  Can anyone help?  I am able to receive email.

Which email address is the issue? Those settings should be good. Can you make sure there is not more than one smtp.homestead.com in the phone's advanced settings for email? Also, do you get any error?

I am having the same issues and now my outlook is only receiving and not sending. Can you send me the correct settings?
