If I send/receive out of desktop webmail, things work fine. Use Outlook and it works fine. Use either an iPad or iPhone and the sent item is gone forever.
After being on hold for 90 minutes, the tech tried to help but then told me it was an Apple problem. He then said there was another tech there that knew more about Apple machines .... he put me on hold again and then said that tech #2 wouldn't give me his email and suggested I take my iPads and iPhones to Apple's Genius Bar. Not HS fault, you see, even though everything worked fine under Zimbra and now does not work fine since they switched to OpenExchange. At one point he tried to tell me that, again, it was an Apple setting even though I showed him pages of old saved emails from Dec 23 and none after which, coincidentally happen to be the day they switched email programs.
This sucks out loud.
