I have been pushed onto the Open Xchange Server Email platform.
The time stamp on my received emails is 3-hours off (posting eastern time zone times on my emails which is 3-hours ahead of me in the pacific time zone).
What gives?

You can set your time zone per the picture below.

Corina7712, The screenshot above is from within the web mail client. To access it, go to www.homestead.com and click the Webmail link at the top right corner of the page and log into the email account.

Mike, some time has passed and I have not been able to find a page that looks like that shown, nor have i found any other way to change time stamp. Time of course is still wrong.

Corina7712,   I see that you do not actually have any Homestead emails on your account.  This would only apply to customers that use Homestead's email system.

Email time stamped for 3 hours later than actually received!!.

I am not adjusting well to the new email system. My new emails are arriving date stamped 3 hours in the FUTURE! Everything seems to take much longer to load, and emails get marked as READ before I even click on them.

As far as emails being marked read, that is usually a result of having an email client configured which marks them as read when they are downloaded by that email client.

The times stamped in the future are ARRIVAL times in my inbox time - not READ times. I was on my computer last night about 9pm when several emails came in time stamped midnight that night - 3 hours in the FUTURE! I am in San Diego.

Do you have the settings as shown above set to Pacific time instead of Eastern time?

Calendar invites showing wrong time.

I am receiving calendar invites on my PC one hour earlier than they should be. They are showing up correctly however, when I open the invite on my iPhone. I have combed the Open Exchange settings and can't seem to figure out where to fix this.

The steps above should fix this problem also.

I checked my settings and my account's timezone is configured correctly. I still have the problem where a meeting invitation coming from someone else shows two different times depending on whether I open it on my phone or PC. My phone is correct. My homestead email (opened on 2 different PCs is incorrect).

This does sound strange. Do all of the emails have the correct time-stamp on both the phone an computer? So this is just the calendar invites?

Emails, sent and received (after 3months) still show 3 hours ahead of actual Pacific Standard region! How can this be corrected?.

I DO NOT find your service "improved" as there are other issues and NOT as flexible as previous platform.
Why did open x change automatically not correct this? I am not technically inclined and need this corrected.
Other issues I will post under other Titles.
