incoming email from my client has started to be blocked

I never had a problem getting email from a client in the past, but yesterday it was blocked.
His email address is He is getting a 550 error. I have a screen grab of it, but I am not sure how to post it here

Hello. For both of your accounts, it looks like your DNS records were slightly outdated. I reset them to our current default. Please keep an eye out and it should be working properly within 24 hours.
