I am contacting you today in regards to a colleagues email account (danielle@behaviorkeys.com). She recently refreshed her homepage and all Inbox messages disappeared. Upon further review, they are now intertwined with messages in the Sent folder. She does not know how this occurred and would prefer to not manually move hundreds of incoming emails from the sent folder.
