inbox messages in sent folder

I am contacting you today in regards to a colleagues email account (danielle@behaviorkeys.com). She recently refreshed her homepage and all Inbox messages disappeared. Upon further review, they are now intertwined with messages in the Sent folder. She does not know how this occurred and would prefer to not manually move hundreds of incoming emails from the sent folder. I am looking into this for you. I think I will need to have the mail admins reindex the emails. I am not sure exactly when it can get done, but I am working on it.

Apparently the admins have reindexed the mailbox and it looks like everything that should be is back in the inbox. Can you log in and confirm?
