Over a week ago the website stopped working.
I sent a help request and Drew told me I had to update the domain details which hadn't been done.
I went in and did this, but the old email from the last owner no longer exists for confirmation.
The process asks to send an email to compliance which I did with proof of identity.
That was a week ago. I have heard nothing. I have sent 6 emails and also keep emailing Drew with no reply.
I tried to contact Tuscow who have the domain but they only deal with Homestead.
I am caught in a merry go round with no phone contacts for anyone to get this resolved.
In the interim the business has plummeted as a result and our income affected.
I don't know what else to do - can anyone help me??
