In tears today - business slammed because I can't get help - can anyone help me?

I bought our business 4 years ago off someone who had set up a website with Homestead. We bought this business because the webiste was thriving and hitting first place on google resulting in lots of customers. When I bought the business she changed all the contact details to me.

Over a week ago the website stopped working.

I sent a help request and Drew told me I had to update the domain details  which hadn't been done.

I went in and did this, but the old email from the last owner no longer exists for confirmation.

The process asks to send an email to compliance which I did with proof of identity.

That was a week ago. I have heard nothing. I have sent 6 emails and also keep emailing Drew with no reply.

I tried to contact Tuscow who have the domain but they only deal with Homestead.

I am caught in a merry go round with no phone contacts for anyone to get this resolved.

In the interim the business has plummeted as a result and our income affected. 

I don't know what else to do - can anyone help me??

Hi Martina8352, I am sorry. I believe I have replied to all of your posts, but I do not have an email address used for support. The situation you are in is one that unfortunately rests with compliance at this point. I will see if I can see what is going on and if they have the needed information, but neither phone support, nor I can resolve this for you at this point.

It appears the the verification process has completed. I am sorry it has taken so long. These regulations are truly difficult to deal with. It shouldn't be too long before everything is online.
