Thank you.

I do not know what kind of account I have. We have a website gold account -- Business. "Websites Manager" shows in the tab.

With reference to the first and second links shown in your help, I do not see anywhere mention made of SB+

With reference to the third link shown in your help, I do not see anywhere mention made of websitebuilder nor do I know whether or not our domain is pointed to homestead. See screenshot

In reference to the fourth link, when I go to https://homesteadssl.com/ and attempt www.shawmutfbc.com, www.hstrial-ChuckAnderson.com and www.hstrial-ChuckAnderson.homestead.com,  I get the following message for all: "Domain cant be verified as it doesn't exist on builder

Please advise.

I was able to update the nameservers as instructed above.

But on item #10) "The first part is now completed. Now, please review the SSL/TLS tab and confirm that the SSL is set to Flexible".

Our cloudshare account is not showing anything referencing SSL/TLS. See attachment.

Our website still shows "Not secure"

Click on the domain, where it says active and it should appear on the next screen.
