I do not know what kind of account I have. We have a website gold account -- Business. "Websites Manager" shows in the tab. 

With reference to the first and second links shown in your help, I do not see anywhere mention made of SB+ 

With reference to the third link shown in your help, I do not see anywhere mention made of websitebuilder nor do I know whether or not our domain is pointed to homestead. See screenshot

In reference to the fourth link, when I go to https://homesteadssl.com/ and attempt www.shawmutfbc.com, www.hstrial-ChuckAnderson.com and www.hstrial-ChuckAnderson.homestead.com,  I get the following message for all: "Domain cant be verified as it doesn't exist on builder

Please advise.

Click on the domain, where it says active and it should appear on the next screen.

Next go to edge certificates and turn on always use https and Automatic HTTPS Rewrites.
