I want to add an additional site. When clicked on add a website, it showed where a name needs to be chosen, followed by .homesteadcloud. What does that mean? I thought I was supposed to create a new URL address for it, but in seeing homesteadloud show up at the end, it confused me.

Hi JeepGirl:

The homesteadcloud is part of the new Homestead domain name as part of setting up to start new "Site Builder" web design.

You're creating a site when you do this. After you create the site, with the site name ending in .homesteadcloud.com, you will need to purchase a domain name that you can attach to the site, which will take the place of the site name.

Or you can transfer an existing domain name to attach to that website. I did this when I changed from Sitebuilder to WebBuilder. I built the new website with the .cloud extension and then when finished I attached the existing domain name.
