I have looked at your account, and it looks like all billing has been handled properly. Your account is set to bill on an annual basis. Every time you request to have something added to the account, a prorated annual amount will be billed through that night. The charge for $23.54 was from February 19th when you requested to have additional pages added to your account.
On the Account Summary page
I was billed for $23.88 on 2/13. Then then added more pages on 2/19 for which I was billed $23.54. No issue here. I added a second site with 5 pages on 3/11 was billed $23.88, No issue here.
In reviewing the Billing and Payments page I see however that I was billed $44.58
on 3/11. And here is my concern.
One page says I was billed for a total of $92.00
However on the Account Summary page it shows a total price billing of $71.88
So I need to know why there is a difference of $20.12???
