I moved a second website over here. It hasn't been operative since it arrived. I've followed all the procedures and did many things Before the community suggested them. I've sought to contact the administrators, the only response I get is from my bank account when the monthly fee is removed. Yes, Removed. I'm not paying for a service I'm just having my money taken away.
If that wasn't enough, this month (August 2018) my email account is not being allowed to send out any emails. I get the dialog message that my system isn't allowing Outlook 2013 to complete the 'send' operation, frankly any function, even 'reading an incoming email' in the browser.

I am sorry to hear about your issues.  I have used Homestead for 15 years or so and I have never had an issue that couldn't be solved.  However, I never transferred a site, but have always built them from scratch.

solidrock-ccty.org & achaia-mbc.org. SR is the original account while AMBC is the Migrated acct that has never been functional on its own page(s) Since It Was Migrated.
Disfunctional email accts: bishop@olidrock-ccty.org. Migrated: pastor@achaia-mbc.org; mrs.rita@achaia-mbc.org
Neither email acct has been functional for 2-3 weeks.
solidrock-ccty.org  & pastor@achaia-mbc.org can receive emails, but is Non-functional otherwise. mrs.rita@achaia-mbc.org can neither send nor receive.
Can't click on any hyperlink without getting this: "Your organization's policies are preventing us from completing this action for you. For more info, please contact your help desk."
I Had To "Copy Hyperlink"  in your email and paste into my browser's address box to get to this reply page.

Who or What is "RoundCube" and when did it start? I had all three of my emails functioning on the old system. They are now dysfunctional.
pastor@achaia-mbc.org & mrs.rita@achaia-mbc.org are BOTH migrated email accounts that worked until just recently.
They are NOT included in the list of email accts in the 'roundcube' "Identities" list.
bishop@solidrock-ccty.org can only receive emails.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Who or What is "RoundCube" and when did it start?.

OK, Samuel A L Pope Sr, I took a look at your account. achaia-mbc.org is not working because you have it pointing to itself. Basically, it is going in a loop, because it isn't actually pointing to a site. That is why it gives you an error that it is redirecting too many times when you go to that site. The same thing is true for achaia-ccty.org, achaia-comm.org, and achaiamissions.org. I will correct this for you. Additionally, it looks like your site is not published. I recommend you take a look at the site in the builder, make sure everything is displaying correctly, and publish your site.

In regard to your email, Roundcube is our Webmail server, because the older OX program was old and outdated. Roundcube launched late 2017. I tested your email address pastor@achaia-mbc.org sending and receiving through Roundcube and it works just fine. This means the issue lies in Outlook, which is the 3rd party email client you are using to check your email. The following article has all of the settings we require for your email to work. Please go through and correct anything in your settings that does not match:

https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/how_do_i_setup_an_email_client_to_check_my_homestea...

Lastly, I don't want you to ever just deal with an issue for as long as you described you have been dealing with this. This fix was very easy to diagnose and fix on our end, so if you ever experience an issue with your site, while Community articles are a great resource, if they are not fixing your issue, I urge you to post your concern immediately or call our support at 800-710-1998 Monday-Friday 6AM-5PM MST

This message could not be sent through my outlook13 email account.

Understandably true. I was told to get another/ sub-domain to point it to when it didn’t appear after I migrated it. Apparently “that coulda gone different”. The other sites were included after the ‘-mbc’ site didn’t work. I couldn’t get either of them up either and saw no reason to publish the last one since I couldn’t get them one line anyway.

Now, on to the emails. I just re-set both the ‘bishop@SR’ (POP3) and the ‘pastor@achaia’ (IMAP) email accts per the homestead instructions page.  Logon was immediate however, the error message said- ‘the connection to the server was interrupted’ on both accts.

We are bound to correspond frequently, for the time being.

I will be updating and publishing the remaining accts post haste.

BishopSamuelPopeSr.homestead.com Is now the name FOR ALL of my "Achaia" websites. As it stands I can't publish any of them. I just wanted to preview achaia-mbc.org, after working on it and the system said that it would be listed as I said above. I checked and all of them will be published under that name. How is that going to work? Which name should I use and how can I tell the public to search for anything "Achaia"? We are back to Zero.
I will be calling... 800-710-1998 Monday-Friday 6AM-5PM MST

In regard to your site, you just need to go into the builder and click publish, and choose entire site.

Thanks, did that. However, the Q/A Notes page does not appear in the published site though it is there. For some reason I cannot get the name changed to Q/A Notes from BIQ/A Notes. I have No idea where that name came from. I had no reason to add the BI prefix.
When I try to publish just the Q/A page, I'm told to turn my pop-up blocker off. It is Off.
On another note: The email for my wife: mrs.rita@achaia-mbc.org does not exist though prior to this episode she used it for years.
I downloaded a new Outlook 365 email account for her and even it can't find/fix/repair her account.

Hey there Samuel A L Pope Sr

You might have to re-add the account in Outlook. I can definitely see the email address exists in Homestead.

In regard to the Q/A Page, I went in and renamed the page for you, and fixed the link. If you run across this in the future, this article has instructions for what I did:
