I'm not receiving emails nor can I send. The undelivered message says mailbox is full even tho I have cleaned out a lot of the emails. Help!

Which email address is giving you this issue? If it is the ruth@positivediscipline.ca, the mailbox is currently full.

Yes. I've deleted several hundred emails and still nothing. My website positive discipline.ca is down too. Is it related to the DNS change?? (whatever that is)

The reason your website is down is because your domain is missing a nameserver to point to us. Currently I see the domain has:

ns1.mdnsservice.com
ns2.mdnsservice.com

It needs to be:

ns1.mdnsservice.com
ns2.mdnsservice.com
ns3.mdnsservice.com

We do need this 3rd nameserver for your site. Your email box is still showing full, and the image above is of your email box taken earlier today. You want to make sure you are going to our website and logging into the webmail there and deleting the emails and emptying the trash folder after you delete from inbox.

Since the domain is only pointing to us, we do not have the ability to change this for you. The only information I can find for your domain is that it looks like the domain is registered through Telligent Corporation. Does this name ring any bells?

Also when I try to log in on homestead to my email I get an invalid credentials message.
