I'm not receiving all my emails,

I'm not receiving all my emails, my insurance comapny sent me an email, I never received, I sent them a test eamil they never received. we verifed the correct email address. both good, just accepting or sending email this each other

Hello Bonnie,

I would be happy to look into this, but you have several emails on this account and I have no way of knowing which one you are experiencing this issue with. Which email are you having trouble with and what email can you not receive emails from?

OK, I could see that their email was being marked as spam, which is why it wasn't working. I was able to get that cleared, so emails should be working from them now.

so this got me thinking, who else am I not seeing when they send me email, is there a way for me to check my spam?

There is not a spam folder that you would be able to check. These emails are marked as spam because the email address or domain has earned a spammy/bad reputation.  These emails are not even accepted into our server. This shouldn't happen often with emails you actually want to receive, but if it does happen, it is because the email address trying to send to you has been marked as spam by too many people.
