I'm not getting my emails in Roundcube, but they are being forwarded to my gmail account.

I just logged in to the new Roundcube email. It's showing my last email was received on July 3rd, but I'm still getting some emails forwarded to my gmail account. Why can't I see new emails in Roundcube?

suzanne@visitcreativeedge.com.  Some people have been getting bounce back messages, but I'm still getting the emails forwarded to my gmail account.

That mail box is full. You will need to log into webmail and remove messages to free up space. Make sure to empty the trash when done deleting.

Is there some faster way to empty the trash folder than deleting each email again?

Yes. Click on the trash folder and hit the gear icon at the bottom left. You will see the option to Empty.
