Would love to see more templates catered to specific industries like Homestead use to do back when you first started. Industries I would like to see are for DJs, party rentals, media (tv/radio), marketing and schools. Some of the features are banner exchange program, events calendar, updated polls, more custom contact us widgets, image slider (like whats on homesteads homepage), updated pay pal buttons, updated social media widgets, weather widget, able to upload larger video files as well as MP4 files and some type of reservation widget where customers can reserve services and/or products right online.

They are new for customers who were moving from SiteBuilder Desktop to Plus. If you have had plus, then we have not updated the templates or added new ones. I apologize if you are unhappy with our templates, but we are looking to improve/add new ones in the future.

The template selection used to be broader on both sides and you guys recently deleted them within the past year or so....everything is limited.  Before you could type in purple and all of the purple templates would populate.  Like DJ Kid Red, I have been with Homestead since the very beginning when it was free and I am very thankful and grateful for the service...but when making the changes please consider the not (just new users but remember the old users that have helped to pave the road to Homestead's success.  So much has changed....the old way wasn't broke *smile* thanks

good morning is anyone going to respond to my post? as a valuable customer that has been with you HOMESTEAD since your humble beginnings, I am so thankful for the wonder service and the package that have on my two accounts with you but I am not happy about the changes or the level of support....I posted this message 3 months ago....I didn't ask a question but my comments nonetheless are important....I'm paying for a service that took away many of the services that I feel in love with and it's not fair that we have to turn to this message board for assistance and read through tons and tones of message until you find what you need and my question today is do you have a pdf guide that can be download that explains and support the many changes that you have made and something that will explain windows 10 and how to use homestead editor with that software....this is very frustrating.  Thanks Homestead and have a Happy Holiday with your families and remember your customers

I am very sorry we somehow missed these questions. There are many new templates with the new builder. Any new site you create will be on the new Websitebuilder not on Sitebuilder. If you wish to use Sitebuilder Plus, you can also get more templates, using the master page feature. I do not know of any current plans to expand on the selection of templates on Sitebuilder desktop. At this point to get new templates you would need to use an upgraded builder. We advise using the new Websitebuilder, as the designs are responsive and will automatically make a mobile site for you.
