Hi,

The error 0x41 can happen when you don't always publish your changes and work from multiple computers. Your computer stores temporary internet files and cookies that it tries to reference. When it sees files it doesn't recognize, it can sometimes shoot back this 0x41 error. There are two ways to fix this.

1. Try Clearing your browser's history and cache

2. Contact Homestead support and request a refresh of your Pages and Files through the Manage Your Pages and Files link.

Hope this helps!

To expand on the instructions above, the process to refresh your files is as follow.

1. click the Websites Manager link on the left.
2. if you have multiple sites, choose the site you wish to edit from the drop-down menu.
3. Click the "more" link near the center of the screen.
4. Click "manage pages and files"
5. Check the boxes shown below
After you click the "Refresh" button, you can go ahead and re-open the SiteBuilder.

If the problem still persists or keeps returning please let us know. Thanks!
Mike

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled
Error Code: 0x41.

I have been getting error code 0x41. It appears that others have had this problem. However, the fix seems to have be performed by Homestead techs. I started using this platform because it is one of the more powerful that I have seen. Yet, most of my development is done outside of business hours. It is pretty discouraging that it seems that there is no way to get things resolved at that time. I specifically had 4 hours set aside for working towards completing a site by Friday. This error is significantly hindering my progress. I hope that it something that can be resolved relatively quickly.

Sorry for the inconvenience this has created for you. I refreshed your files per the steps above so you should be able to open the SiteBuilder without that error message.
