I am unable to email certain email addresses, what can I do to fix this?

When I try to send emails, it says the recipients were rejected by the server. However I can email the same email address from my personal account. Please help

What application or program are you using to send/receive your email?
I am having the same problem and I'm using my iPad and iphone

First try to log into your email from https://mail.homesteadmail.com/zimbra/ and see if you can send/receive to those recipients as this will tell you if it's an issue with the email addresses, or the email client (apple vs. zimbra).

One of the most common problems that Apple users run into is that by default the SSL setting is often turned on. Make sure it is off. The settings here should work: https://community.homestead.com/homes...
