The text on the top of your home is difficult to read when background is multiple colors, with figures and shapes. Dark backgrounds look cool but text is hard to read. I suggest you review:

When it comes to colors, keep it simple. Less is more. White fonts are hard to read. Flip the white with the black. Choose a neutral background and let the information and accent pieces pop up the appearance.

The first thing to work on is the home page. I agree with the comments about reading. I would go to white on blue, and where you have the white text on the image, I think I would move the image to the right and cover the vertical lines with it, as I think it shows a better representation of your work.
