I don't want duda service, they make my website look bad in the mobile especially by providing ads and other service. As a homestead client they should provide free mobile version or allow a free market where we can decide where to manage our mobile version. If homestead does not help I will remove my site from them and use other hosting, first its cheaper

Dudamobile is not connected to Homestead, they are a separate company. We used to suggest you use that company to get a mobile friendly version, but we no longer do. If you want to make your site mobile friendly, I suggest that you rebuild your site on our newer builder, Website Builder. This has a built in mobile editor.

Thanks Elyzabeth for your quick reply. How do i de- associate or remove the in the website manager which says manage your mobile site... since its the one which directs me to duda and once am in duda I have no control. All I want is to rebuild my website on your new website builder. Plus for me to be a sustainable customer I need help on how  to downgrade my account subscription since I am not using all the service with current plan. Thank you very much

Well, I don't actually see any of your sites that are using DudaMobile. Which site are you having this trouble with?

I just checked all of your sites on my phone and none of them are using DudaMobile. Through your websites Manager, all of your sites show that there is no mobile attached. If you have a site through Duda, it is not connected to your Homestead account, or it is on a different Homestead account. Here is an article on DudaMobiles support that tells you how to cancel through them:
https://help.duda.co/hc/en-us/articles/360007634733-Downgrade-or-Cancel-Subscription

If we were to downgrade your account as-is, the price would drop $6, to $28.99. Would you like me to make that change?

It was m.shirumisha.net, but I went and removed the site in the duda accounts. Thanks.
Please may you help to know how I can downgrade my subscription. In addittion to that how can I upgrade by website with the new website builder to make it mobile friendly. Thank you very much for your help Elyzabeth

Oh, that makes sense if you already removed it.
Do you want me to make that change to your account, to downgrade you to the starter plan for $28.99/month?

Thanks, I've revisted the plans and I think the starter plan isn't suitable for my needs, maybe if you had intermediate plan between business and start up plan. or if you guys can lower your fees like other site.

Thanks, now my only concern is how to use the new website builder on the same site so I can have a mobile friendly site?

You will need to rebuild your site in Website Builder. You can do this while your old site is still up and running, so there isn't downtime. You'll just need to add a new website from the Websites Manager tab in your account, give it a temporary site name, and choose a design. You will then be able to build the site.

Shiru0534:
How were you able to figure out how to disassociate Duda from you? I can't figure it out. It doesn't even sync with my actual website and I've spent way too long trying to make it look good. It's quite annoying. Do you just push "DELTE" on the mobile site dashboard page or?
Thanks in advance.

Hello Amy.

On my end, it doesn't look like either of your sites are connected to a DudaMobile account. Were you already able to get this resolved?
