I want to point my domain to another website, but keep my email and forward it. I have the instructions, but would love some guidance.

What are the instructions you have? Normally if you would like to keep email with us and point your website elsewhere, you would edit your DNS settings. You would find this in your Homestead account on the domains tab and then Advanced DNS settings

what do you do if you keep getting an error message...It appears that our partners are experiencing some technical difficulties, so we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later.

im trying to point my domain follow these instructions

1. Log into the domain registrar for your current Domain Name.

2. Navigate to the DNS section for your Domain Name.

3. Under CNAME records, for the Hostname “WWW” add “SITES.AGENTSTUDIO.COM” under Points To.

4. Then go to A records, and change the Hostname “@” to “34.198.175.188” under Points To.

5. Log into your Agent Studio Control Panel through the Admin Access at the bottom of your Agent Studio website.

6. Navigate to the Manage Site Domains section for your website. (Under Site Settings, on the left navigation.)

7. Enter your current domain under Domain Name. Check “Yes” to make this Domain Name the primary Domain Name used to access your website. Then click Create Domain to add the new Domain Name to your website. (You can add multiple Domain Names, but you can have only one primary Domain Name.)

Your instructions kind of follow the things I had to do to point to my website at Homestead with a third party. Is your domain name managed by Homestead or another supplier? If Homestead, it may have to wait until Monday morning when one of the tech guys will be in here to check your account to see what's going wrong.  Is the site.agentstudio etc where you want to point to ( if not, have you replaced that with the url for the website you wish to point to)

You have a www A record. You would need to remove that to add the www CNAME
