I want to cancel all services, but the button is not working. Please cancel this account before the next billing date which is next week.

I can see you successfully set the account to close, you will not be billed again

Elyzabeth , please cancel all my services with immediate effect. I have tried opt out today as well as several times trying to cancel my account by just clicking THE CANCEL ALL SERVICE  but the page and button is not working? . My cycle due is tommorrow so kindly look into the matter for me urgently. It was very tedious that my posted question on this previously was also unanswered as well.
