I tried to change one of my 5 email boxes to a new forwarding address.

I tried to change one of my 5 email boxes to a new forwarding address. I even deleted the email account but it still shows up in the mailbox's and I get this error message;

You will want to think very carefully about this first. Forwarding is a practice that vastly increases the chance your message will be marked as spam. The correct way to do this is to set up a program that allows multiple accounts to be checked at once. For instance, gmail allows you to set up I believe 5 email addresses to directly check the Homestead mail rather than forwarding. This also means you can reply from your Homestead email via the gmail account. For me this is critical, as if I send an email to name@yourbusiness.com and receive a reply from something@gmail.com, then I generally end the conversation, as I no longer feel comfortable that company. Using an email at your domain consistently builds trust and your brand.
