I tried publishing my website, but the screen shows a blue box saying the website name and "This website is hosted and managed by Homestead. You can build your own website at homestead.com."

www.amsgcorp.net always shows a blue box, but sometimes typing www.amsgcorp.com works because it forwards to the .net

Well both of those domains are registered through and pointing to GoDaddy. Nothing I can see is even pointing to Homestead, so I can't even tell how it is pulling up a Homestead message. I recommend changing the nameservers on your account to our nameservers so we can get the sites working on our end.

I cannot change the nameservers because they are connected to the email accounts. I put the IP address that homestead gave me in, so it should be pointing to homestead.

Those two domains will have difference IP addresses.

amsgcorp.com:
1. A Record:    @        Points to:    108.167.135.117
2. CNAME:      *         Points to:    websites021.homestead.com
3. CNAME:     www    Points to:    websites021.homestead.com

amsgcorp.net:
1. A Record:   www    Points to:    146.148.102.201
2. A Record:     *         Points to:    146.148.102.201
3. A Record:    @        Points to:    146.148.102.201

Can you make sure this is correct in GoDaddys system?

I just discovered that my website was down for the last 3 weeks and after calling the support through international call for 45 min he didn't stop telling me that he don't know what is happening to our website!

This is a very poor customer support! I am sorry to say that but when you are counting on a company to solve your technical issues related to the website, you get frustrated when you get "I Can Do Nothing From My End..." As An Answer ................?????????????????

I'm sorry that you are upset. Unfortunately if we cannot see that something is an issue, we cannot do much to troubleshoot it. I was able to pull up your site in Google Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer on my computer and on my phone, which isn't connected to Homestead at all. So were 4 other agents. If it was an issue through Homestead, we would be able to replicate it. This means there is some common denominator between the people that are having trouble with the site. Either they have been to the site previously and it is caching, or you are using the same internet provider that it is caching on. There is something, just nothing that we can see or fix from our end. I took a look at the notes from your call and took a look at your site myself. There is nothing wrong with it. As for your domain, you do not have it registered with us or pointing to our nameservers, so we cannot look at your DNS. If you want, you can go to your domain registrar and make sure the domain points to these records:

1. A Record:   www    Points to:    146.148.102.201

2. A Record:     *         Points to:    146.148.102.201

3. A Record:    @        Points to:    146.148.102.201

Actually i was complaining about having "....cannot do anything from the customer support..." as A Answer, This isn't something easy to handle especially when i have a grand opening of my office coming soon and i am not able to access my website...!!!!

I am not off course the first one to face such problem between all your customers!
There is must be a kind of troubleshooting to do!

I Already Made More than 29 Calls And Found Out that 23 Of them With Different ISP And Platform Are Not able to Access The Website...! Which Is A very Big Problem For Me.....!!!!!!

But Having Your Request to check the DNS is good to start with and not simply sitting in front of a dead end...

Can you tell me what is the DNS my provider should use? since he is saying that they are using cloud DNS and the only option to have an issue is that you change it something without advising him!

Can you give me please the DNS they should use ?

Hi I Just Realized that you already sent me the DNS Number And It Is Matching The DNS Of The Provider!
What could be my other options ?

Unfortunately, we don't have much more troubleshooting. What are you/your visitors seeing when they try to go to your site? Are they getting an error message? Is it just not loading? Is this by going directly through your URL or a google search?

This is so frustrating! when no one of the support we have is fixing this! from wherever we access the site we receive the same message...

Please Let Us Now If there Is Further Alternative! I Don't Believe I Am The Only One In The World Facing Such A Problem!!!!.

We Just Discovered By Chance What Was the Issue about!

It Was Simply Resolved By Not Typing www Before the Website address.....

Can You Please Advise What We Can Do About That?

This means that the www record is probably not put in correctly. Can you please go back to the company that registers your domain and have them check the www record. Have them delete it and re-add it if necessary.
