I stopped receiving emails from a client with a specific email domain. They will receive my emails, but I do not receive their responses.

Hello Jesse2080
It is possible that domain is being blocked as spam. What is the domain name you cannot receive email from? Also, can you contact them to get the source of the emails they are trying to send?

The domain name I cannot receive email from is zoridistribuidora.com.br
They are a client and these are all business related emails, but even simple emails with the word 'TEST' in the subject line and body of message are being delivered. They can receive any emails I send them from my account, but I don't get their replies nor any other emails.

Which email address are they sending to?

OK thank you. Those emails aren't even hitting our server, so I would imagine they are being blocked as spam. I need you to get in touch with that company and have them provide you with the source from the email they are trying to send to you. Once you get that email source, please paste it here so I can escalate a ticket.

Ok, just to clarify, what do you mean by 'email source'? are you referring to the content of the email? or something else? thanks!

It is the information from the header of the email. It will look like a bunch of gibberish pretty much. Their IT department should know where to find that, but if not they should be able to find instructions from their email provider.
