I set-up my email manager for a SSL Certificate approval to be emailed and it's not coming through. Bigcommerce said I need to contact you to fix.

So, to make sure I understand clearly, you are trying to get an SSL through BigCommerce set up for your BigCommerce store and you are not receiving the approval email? Is the email it is suppose to be going to a Homestead email?

yes, my domain is with Homestead and the approval email is going to the email originated by Homestead and the hosting email. I just set-up the host email today and the approval still is not coming through. I have requested it to be resent multiple times. 

this is the message - 

An SSL Certificate securing stores.allamerican-athletics.com is now yours.What's next? Check your email!

An activation email will be sent from the Certificate Authority (CA) to admin@allamerican-athletics.com to verify your contact information and the ownership of this domain. Depending on the verification procedure, they may request additional documentation. Once you've verified this information, your SSL is approved and will be queued for installation on your domain. Note: this process may take up to 60 minutes.

Important: this step is required. If you don't receive the Activation email, please return to https://manage.bigcommerce.com/ssl_certs to resend the email.

Ok, is it possible that you can try setting it up so that approval email is not trying to send to an email address attached to the domain you are trying to get the SSL for? Do you have a gmail, hotmail, yahoo, or some other 3rd party email you can test it with?

I checked the incoming email for that email address, and only one email has entered our server in the past week, and that was your test email you sent on the 13th. So, the BigCommerce email isn't even hitting our server.
