I paid for a email box upgrade (Tier 3) and it ihas not been applied. It's been one month since I paid for a 2 year autorenewal

Email quota upgraded but it has not been applied.  I paid for a 2 year plan with auto renewal one month ago but it does not increase my email box size.  It's still at 500 MB.

I added the upgraded service last month.  I tried changing the page with "manage email accounts" and I am waiting for it show the changes on my webmail log in page.  I don't know what happened when I looked at this last time, but I followed the steps and it didn't seem to change.  Trying again....

So, the account works now with the upgrade.  Not sure what happened in the last month, but maybe I did not apply the upgrade to the specific email account.  It works now.  You have to log out and back in to see the upgrade.

Yes, upgrading the email is a 2 part process. You need to add it to your billing, then manually apply it to the email address you want upgraded. I'm glad you got that working.
