I need to point my domain to another site.

They provide this info:
1. ns1.tubien.co (54.172.179.98)
2. ns2.tubien.co (52.23.38.67)
I change my name servers already is this the only thing i need to do?

If you changed them, then that should be all you need to do on our end.

Hi Drew , the change didn ́t  work,  my email stop working and the site show a massage server not found. I had to go back to reset defaults.

What I had change in nameservers  was:

 ns1.tubien.co
 ns2.tubien.co

now this I don ̈t know where to change or if it has something to do.(The numbers)

1. ns1.tubien.co (54.172.179.98)
2. ns2.tubien.co (52.23.38.67)

Plese Help  , thank you.

If you use our mail service then changing the nameservers will break the mail. You would either need to update the DNS on the new nameservers to point back to our mail, or instead of changing nameservers, as the new host for A records and CNAME records that will work.

You can give me the records, or call 800-710-1998, either way. We do not have a web chat at this time. Just make sure you have the records from the new host.
