I didn't know anything when I started either. This is a do it yourself website. You have a project. Know you need to study the tools. Study the Sitebuilder program. Experiment with the icons to learn your tools. If you get stuck, post your specific question. We will help you if you're willing to invest some study time. Trial and error. If you make a mistake, it won't break anything. If you don't like what you did, you can always change it. Eventually, you'll get it. If not, hire one of the Webmasters that Homestead has on it's staff. They'll do it for you.

If you're using a master template, the headings will be the same for each page you add. You can turn it off and make any text changes you want on a single page.

I like the service. I didn't know anything about website construction. Now I can handle building my site and making all of the changes instantly. The community and the Homestead staff has been a big help for me but I've spent thousands of hours building my site, allot of trial and error. Plus, it's much cheaper than hiring a service.

You are using the master page. I am sorry, it can be tough getting us on the phone when you live around the world. You can post specific questions here as stated earlier. We are here 7 days a week to assist and customers can also offer their opinions.

Please provide as much detail as possible, such as the page you are working on, what you are trying to accomplish and what problem you encounter and we should be able to help you out.

Thank you for responding
I am trying to change the name of the page from perfect ponchos to twilight markets and change the headers to twilight markets in stead of perfect ponchos
I have had ongoing problems with the security question on the application form for over a year I have spoken to someone regarding it they said there was nothing wrong but about 1 in three people have s problem with the security question not being accepted
I think it's a shame that I had to yell and scream to get your attention this is not how I like to be but its so hard to get to communicate with your company regards Kerrie Beet

You can rename an existing page

You can edit the navigation menu to point to the new page and use the display name to change the text.

The contact form, unfortunately the challenge phrase is what it is. It often can be difficult to fill it out on any site. My advice would be to select the form on the page and uncheck the challenge phrase box. This will remove the phrase from the site. Yes it will potentially allow bots to fill out your form and send you spam, but until that actually starts happening, it will make a better visitor experience. If you get spam, then you can add the phrase back to stop it.

Do you know how to open the editor? You select the form by clicking on it in the editor. The first 2 lines have links to step by step instructions in other topics. Let me know if this helps.

Kerrie - maybe I can help.  I have built several websites through Homestead and I find them to be really flexible.  If interested, contact me through my email as I am in Florida. I work with people who are not computer folks.
