I keep getting a notification that I'm at 90% of my limit on emails BUT I'M NOT!

I have received the following email message from "postmaster@acuitymentalhealth.com":

"Your mailbox has a limit to the number of emails it can contain and is now 90% full, out of a limit of 10000 messages. Please be sure to delete or archive old email messages to ensure delivery of new messages. Remember to empty your Trash Folder as it also counts in your email quota."

The problem is that I am only at 62% on my main email account (cwestcott@acuitymentalhealth.com) and only 1% on my other email account (info@acuitymentalhealth.com). I only have the two accounts, so can somebody please explain what is going on? I'm afraid that I will stop getting emails if the system shows that I am at my limit.

Hello,

You are correct the mail box cwestcott@acuitymentalhealth.com does show it is currently at 62% for the disk space but the part that is almost 90% is the messages count. Within Roundcube you can click on the percentage bar in the bottom left and it will display the 2 limits, one for disk space and one for message count. The message count limit is 10000 and you currently have 8896/10000. If you reach this limit it will stop communication for this box so I would recommend keeping an eye on that count and manage the usage or we also offer email space upgrades if you are interested in expanding the available storage.
