I having issue in setting up my emails. I can send but can't receive any emails. Can you help?

Did you just create the email? Is there a message bouncing back when you send to the address? Are you using our Webmail?

Yes.  I can send emails to someone from webmail account but I can't receive no emails.  I send email to my other address from my webmail acct and it went through.  I went to my website and click on contact to see if it will come through and it did stating will be answered in the order it received but when I went back the webmail it show nothing came through.

I removed the forward information. We do not advise that you forward email, but if you must, that box is for the email address you wish to forward to. It will take a bit for this to resolve. Please test it again a little later.
