I haven't been able to login to sitebuilder since middle of last week. Has anyone else been having this problem?

I haven't been able to login to sitebuilder since about the middle of last week. Chris in technical support told me yesterday to attempt to login every couple of days or so. If I do that, he says, I will eventually be successful. He says it's a problem they are aware of and are trying to resolve. In the meantime I can't work on my site, and they're is no prognosis as to when I'll be able to again. WHAT'S GOING ON FOLKS? Work overtime if need be. Spend a dollar on a replacement part if need be. Make believe it's important to you. You're screwing around with people's livelihood!

Same thing for me!!! Been going on for 10 days now.  NO ETA!!!!  I am losing customers!!!!  Ridiculous!!!!

I know just what you mean Wendy about losing customers. I went thru this exact same problem with Homestead a couple of years ago. That time it happened during the month of December. All that Christmas revenue lost. Just flushed down the toilet. We never even got so much as an apology from Homestead. And here I am, still with Homestead going through it again. I guess that I'm the village idiot after all.

Give your sites a try when you can now. They are loading much better for us now. The engineers made some adjustments based on what they saw happening on your accounts.
