I have updated my cc info and my bank has unlocked my account, but my Dec payment to homestead has still not processed. What now?

Urgent assist - I am having horrendous problems as VISA appears to have blacklisted HS seemingly due to overly large amounts of complaints.  This blacklisting is permanent,  I don't have any other card,  Is Paypal able to be used and if so what details do I need.

Hi Mike...I'm still waiting for Homestead to bill me on my Visa which they should have done Dec.23. But I haven't even received an email telling me I am behind in my payments. Maybe Homestead is now free?  Let me know what's happening at your end.....John.

Hello,

We can only bill to a debit or credit card, not Paypal. Visa is not blocking Homestead, because many customers including myself have Visa cards that are billing successfully, so any block is specific on your account and I would recommend calling them to get that resolved.
