I have reason to believe the domain associated  with my website has been suspended (my website is currently down). The email address I had on file under the "Domain Control" tab was incorrect and I no longer have access to that account. I've updated my contact information, but it sounds like I'll need to provide proof of ownership for the domain name. 

I need this problem fixed ASAP, but haven't been able to reach anyone who can assist. I've called the help #, but it sounds like offices are closed on the weekends. I've also emailed 'compliance@homesteadsupport.com' (as instructed on one of the help boards), but I have not received anything back.

Is there a number I can call for immediate assistance, or someone I can reach to get this resolved as soon as possible.

The compliance department comes back into office on Monday, they should be able to and assist then. If you can provide me the email address you sent from, I can at least check and confirm if we have received your information.

I do see that your email has arrived, but compliance will need a photo ID that matches your domain contact information. Can you send a picture of that in as well?
