Hello,

I have a problem with RoundCube Issues. Let me explain to you, I am using RoundCube by Homestead for responding back to them. I get an email from Yahoo "forwarding service" all I can read, and I have to use my business email through Roundcube by homestead to respond to them back.

Whenever I email to my customers, its been delay server response time or slow to delivery there.  It has been few weeks problem with this.

For example. I emailed them at 10 am, then it finally delivery to them in 6 hours or varies time delay server response later.

RoundCube by Homestead should be able to go in and change the server response time.

I hope that you can understand my situation issues. I am looking for better service for my business. My goal is to get a faster server time.

Thanks,

Owen

Hello SMITH DISTRIBUTORS

We do not have anything in our server that would cause slowness like this. I just tested one of your email addresses, and the test email I sent was received immediately. What email address are you experiencing this issue with?

Hello Elyzabeth,

Really, Well, I am using Roundcube email provider for my business, it was under Homestead. If you use customerservice@ it will take you a slower server response or anything with my business email sales or customer service after I sent outgoing to our customers along with our carbon copy "CC". It will take slower server response get there. Suppose to be faster than a few secs.

But, for my suspicions that Yahoo Server as "forwarding service" must be slow not Roundcube is that right?

I am wondering. I hope to have that an answer from you.

Thanks,

Owen

Ok, so I went in and tested the customerservice@ email. I did receive the email right away, but this was with a test password. I might recommend changing your password. How do you have this "Yahoo forwarding service" set up? I don't see anything set up on the email. It is possible it is on Yahoo's side, but I just want to make sure there is nothing we can do to help on our side before I give that answer.
