How do I create a text link in Websitebuilder? I don't see the same text options that I used in Sitebuilder Plus.

When entering text on the page, if you highlight the text you wish to use, a properties box opens above it and the link ( a chain link icon) button is there.( if I remember correctly)

I am guessing that you are trying to put a link in text that is in a "Data List"? For some reason (I hope somebody answer why this is so) there seems to be little you can change on text in a Data Item (part of a Data List). I have only found that you can make text into a link is if you start with a "raw" Text Box.
I do hope an employee can answer why things in a Data List are so "stuck". Why can't you change the text justification, or make text into a link?

This has been mentioned, and although we are aware of the data list not allowing to link, we have provided this feedback with our development.

Click Elements at the top left corner, find Text, then select Paragraph. You should be able to highlight the appropriate text, then click the Attach Link button towards the right side of the bar.
