I have one email account that the email will not forward. It's not spam, it works on the others, just not an additional one. I am having it forwarded to another one in my account. How can I fix that? It's important for my business, I need to make sure my customers are taken care of. www.Integrity-Transportation.com

Which email is not forwarding? Try changing the forwarding address to a different one. Once changed, you'll need to wait a couple of hours to make sure the system has updated. If you don't receive it at the new destination let us know. If you do, then the current forwarding address is likely the problem.

The problem with forwarding is that even if it isn't spam, to servers it looks and acts like spam and so will often be blocked. Many domains also have special records on them that authorize specific servers as allowed to send email for that domain. Forwarding violates the authorization and many servers will reject the message.

The better system is to have 1 client set up that checks each email address that you want checked. Outlook is a good one, or Mozilla Thunderbird is free. A client has the added bonus of automatically replying from the same email address the sender sent to. To me this is very important. I want to hear back from the same domain as I sent to. If I don't I am immediately skeptical. If I hear back from a Yahoo, Gmail, or other generic email provider, then my conversation with that business ends immediately.
