I have not received any emails for 8 days. Is someone working on this problem?

Hello,

It appears your email is full and is at the 500M maximum. You can see this by logging into webmail and seeing the quota bar in the bottom left.

You can fix this issue by deleting some unneeded emails, and emptying your trash.

Thanks.  That solved it, I now am receiving lots of junk mail again! :-)
