I have not been able to edit or work on my website for a week now. I chatted last week with support and got nowhere. He eventually said Homestead was working on an update and he would email when the issue was resolved. I did receive an email saying it's resolved but it's still doing the same thing and I can't edit or access the website. When I go to edit it asks if I want to keep the Local or Published Version. The chat support told me to click on Published Version. When I do, it literally makes me go thru EVERY file that has ever been created for my entire website to approve it for the published version! It has me clicking to approve files that are no longer even on the website. It is hundreds and hundreds of files and I am not going to sit and go thru each one. It's never done this before and needs to be fixed! I cannot click on View the Local copy because one of my pages is too long and got totally screwed up and only the published version is correct with all of our customers comments. HELP!!

Hello John0701, while we are still aware of this issue and trying to have it resolved, selecting these files is the way to get the Sitebuilder to load.

Thanks for your prompt response. I tried sitting for 20 minutes clicking on verifying each file and wasn't even halfway thru. I have 9 pages full of photos that customers have sent us along with tons of other content on our website. I shouldn't have to waste that much time just to get to my website to edit it. Not to mention it's asking me to verify files that are not even on the website anymore. I am extremely leery of what my website will even look like if I say yes to publishing all the files it's asking me about!
What are they doing to fix this and when do they expect this to be resolved? I have already been told once it was resolved when it isn't. It is extremely annoying that anytime an update or change is made it totally screws things up, whether the website or email. It would be different if we weren't trying to run an online business. This is keeping me from being able to run my business properly.

John0701, I was able to load your Sitebuilder this morning without it asking to sync files, are you able to get in as well?

Yes, thank you so much! I responded to you on another comment/feed but thought I would let you know on this one too. I have been able to work on the website this afternoon without any issue. Extremely glad for that!! Back in business!
