I totally agree. I've been with them since near the beginning. Generally when I have had a major problem it was of my own doing. Staff is always professional and helpful, even digging me out of holes I have dug. Have not yet been disappointed. Just started using the new Website Builder and am slowly learning how to use it.
I need to find a help ticket. No place appears to have it. My Site Builder is not update to the changes I made in another computer that I do not have anymore. The changes are in the site: email@example.com, but the SiteBuilder shows exactly the older view. Help, please.
