I have one of my pages that I made some changes to, and they are not publishing.  Added a text box and one jpg picture.

Hi Jon:

Try something else, click on F5 on your keyboard that will refresh your computer. I have to do that sometimes.

Publishing will be prohibited if you've exceed your page limit or your storage limit. Does your account allows for 25mb of disk space? If you are attempting to exceed that amount, so it will not publish. You may add 1gb of space for $2/month, or you can look in the file manager and see if there are files no longer on a page that you can delete to free up some space. To see your used and remaining storage space, go to homestead.com and log into your account. Click the Account Summary, under My Account. In the page that opens, you'll see your site stats, including the amount of MB used and remaining.

You have not exceeded any quota. It was likely caching. Can you still not see the updates or are they showing on the published site for you now?

We keep having that problem as well for the last 3-4 days, for us it started after we secured our site with cloudflare.  We haven't been able to upload any changes... Can we get Support Numbers?  This is frustrating

Hi James: Are you using SB+? Are you having a problem now? What is the problem?
WEBSITE PAGE NOT PUBLISHING:
1. Try a F5 to Refresh your browser.
2. Publishing will be prohibited if you've exceed your page limit or your storage limit. Does your account allows for 25mb of disk space? If you are attempting to exceed that amount, so it will not publish.
3. You may add 1gb of space for $2/month.
4. you can look in the file manager and see if there are files no longer on a page that you can delete to free up some space.
5. To see your used and remaining storage space, go to homestead.com and log into your account. Select My Account > Account Summary > In the page that opens, you'll see your site stats, including the amount of MB used and remaining.
6. Do you have a 5 page plan? You may be trying to publish more than 5 pages. You can either remove pages to get down to 5, or you can add a 10/pack, 10 additional pages for $2/month.

Hello James,

You have not exceeded your quota and I see no pages that are not published. What pages are you not seeing updates on?
If they are images that were updated, please make sure you are deleting the image and adding a new one, instead of using the "replace" option.
Also, please make sure you are using Sitebuilder Plus, not the downloadable Desktop builder.
