Delete the unwanted home page: You can delete a page in Sitebuilder by clicking the x in the view page drop down menu. You can also delete a page from the file manager, here is an article to assist with deleting a page from your Sitebuilder website. https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/sitebuilder-plus-delete-a-page

Here are instructions on deleting a page in WebsiteBuilder. https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/websitebuilder-delete-pages

In Sitebuilder the true home page is the page labeled index. If there is a page you want to be the home page you can save as and rename it index. This will override any page content that is on the index page. https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/sitebuilder-plus-rename-pages

Hello, I am having the same issues but with SEO as it appears I also have two home pages, this is just an example (my site is not abc.com I am just using this as an example) abc.com and abc.com/index.html.

(1) SiteGuru is advising me: Redirect index.html to the root
https://www.abc.com/ and https://www.abc.com/index.html are one and the same page. Avoid duplicate content by redirecting /index.html to the root of your website.
In my file log I only see a page HOME (index) I do not see any other pages for HOME where is the abc.com Home page??
(2) My website will load abc.com but after you leave that page and try to go back it loads my website to abc.com/index.html instead of all other websites that always load to .com without the /index.html makes my website appear unprofessional.
Any suggestions or comments are welcome.

For Sitebuilder plus websites abc.com and abc.com/index.html are the same page. Upon visiting the domain directly it will display abc.com but when you leave a page and reference back it adds /index.hmtl as this is the page name it is pulling. This is the way the software was designed and will not have any negative impact on the sites SEO.
