i followed the steps to set up email on my pone, but it says POP3/IMAP access isn't turned on for this account. how do I turn it on?

First verify all setting are entered correctly. https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/email-client-settings If you are using an iphone make sure any fields that say optional are filled in as our server does require these.
