How old is your template? The older, narrow format, does not use the master feature.

BRB CE Group,

Both your sites were created with Sitebuilder desktop was still on your account. As that editor is not compatible with master pages, you don't have the master option on either site. If, however, you were to create a brand new site and choose one of the new templates, that new site would have the master page.

So if I want to create a brand new site and choose one of the new templates, how do I import my current pages into the new site?

Unfortunately, there is no way to import. You can copy/paste, but you will lose some formatting in some cases.
