Why is my site now password protected?? I am getting complaints from customers. And, when I do type in my website name, I am asked to put in a password to access, just like my clients. I know my password that I would use on sitebuilder, so I can get in, but then a page comes up that is missing the sidebar with the other links to pages on my website.

Linda this sounds like a job for the Tech guys and they won't be available until tomorrow morning. In the meantime you might post your site so they can look without having to post and then you reply and then they take a look. Just saves time if they know what to look at.

Select "Page Settings" > Advanced Settings > Password Protect this Page. Delete the password.
