I can't see the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the page. How can I move my page from left to right?

In editor mode, I can't see the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the page. How can I move my page from left to right?
I also have a vertical menu on the left side which appears automatically (before, we had to click on the left side of the page to have the menu open).
Was there an update that caused these glitches?

To access the horizontal scroll bar, press Ctrl/End to reach the bottom of the page.
To access your menu, press Ctrl/Home.
They're not glitches, they are operating procedures. These are just a couple of suggestion. The arrow keys will also perform page navigation. The right and left arrow keys lateral movement is dictate by the length of the text content or image on that line.

I'm having the same issue. No horizontal scroll bar will appear when the browser window is smaller than the content. the odd thing is that the horizontal bar DOES show up when i'm doing a page preview, but not with a published page.
