I can't get an authorization code

I'm trying to transfer my domain. I have unlocked it. When I click send me the authorization code it either times out or tells me it can't access my email, which is listed in my account. Please advise.

We had one of the representatives transfer our domain.  I suggest trying that on Monday when they open.

Hello,

The privacy was still enabled on the domain which may have caused that issue. I have disabled the privacy and sent the authorization code to the comcast.net email on the registration.
